People living at the City of Ten Thousand Buddhas should purify themselves physically and mentally. They should not give rise to ignorance, afflictions, or anger. They should always be gentle and kind, and never treat anyone harshly or interfere in any matters. This kind of conduct is truly being mindful of and bowing to Guanshiyin Bodhisattva. People who come to the City should learn to be kind, compassionate, joyful, generous, selfless, and eager to benefit others, just like Guanshiyin Bodhisattva. |
