It has always been this way: myriads of changes without any fixed rules. It's just like children playing at 'drunken boxing.' How well you match couplets depends on your wisdom. If you have wisdom, eloquence, quick wits, and the ability to adapt to the situation, you can match even difficult lines. Without wisdom, you won't be able to match the more challenging lines. You can't fake it." |
